Returns Policy

You can return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay for return postage if the return is due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You will receive your refund within two weeks of handing the parcel over to the return carrier, but in many cases you will receive your refund sooner. This includes the time it takes for us to receive your return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been paid for. We process your order within 1-2 business days. Then you will receive your product in 6-12 days. Sometimes the shipping time may be faster, but we want to be safe and give a conservative estimate.
