What if my item is faulty or damaged when I receive it?
Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Please inform us immediately via CONTACT US with brief details of the problem and include a picture or two of the defect and we will contact you to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Can I return an item that I'm unhappy with?
Yes, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with one of our products, we will be happy to exchange or refund your item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in perfect unused condition with all tags and protectors intact.

Do I need to tell you when I'm returning something?
Yes, you must notify us of your intention to return an item via CONTACT US, giving brief details of the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will contact you within 24 hours with information on how to return the item.

Do I have to pay for the return postage?
In the event of damage in transit, manufacturing defects or quality issues with the product, we will cover all costs incurred by the customer to return the product. The customer does not have to pay any transport charges for the return.
The product quality is intact and undamaged, but the customer does not like the style, colour, size and model they have received and needs to return it to us. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred during the return process.

How long will it take for you to process my exchange?
We aim to dispatch your replacement within 48 hours of receiving your return.

How long will my refund take?
We aim to process refunds within 5 days of receiving your return, provided the item is returned in new, undamaged condition.
