Our team carefully prepares and ships your order within 1–2 business days. Most customers receive their items within 6–12 days, depending on their location.
In many cases, delivery arrives sooner — but we prefer to provide a conservative estimate so expectations are always clear.

Return & Refund Policy

We want every piece from Novtell to bring comfort and joy to your home. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

You may return any new and unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If your return is due to an error on our end — such as receiving the wrong or a defective item — we’ll gladly cover the return shipping costs.

Once your return is handed over to the carrier, please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be completed. In most cases, it happens much faster.
This includes:

• 5–10 business days for the item to reach our warehouse

• 1–2 business days for our team to process your return

• 2–3 business days for your bank to finalize the refund
